How does it work?

dns4me FAQ - How does it work?

We run a network of DNS servers and proxy servers, When your device requests access to a specific site our DNS server checks the URL against your account settings and if you have specified a server to use the DNS server will tell your device to talk to our proxy server, this server then passes the request back onto the correct site making the site think your coming from the same location as our server.

Will all my information go through the proxy server

No that's the beauty of it we only deal with the geo restricted URLs this means you get a full rate connection while accessing your contient.

What about other URL's not specified in my settings

All other requests are resolved on our DNS servers just like your router would. Only settings you define in your console are altered.
