  1. First click the search bar and type Control Panel and click Control Panel from the search results
  2. Then click on Network and Internet
  3. Click on Network and Sharing Center
  4. Click on Change adapter settings
  5. Depending on how your computer is connected to the Internet double click either Local Area Connection or Wireless Network Connection ?if you are connected via Wi-Fi
  6. Click properties
  7. Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
  8. Double click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
  9. In the General tab click on Use the following DNS server addresses.
  10. Preferred DNS Login to see and Alternate DNS Login to see
  11. Make sure Validate settings upon exit is checked (if present)
  12. Click ok
  13. Windows Network Diagnostics will start and run for a little while , just let it run
  14. Once the diagnostics have run click on close 
  15. Restart your computer

Dont forget to enable the services you want to use in "User Console > Services"
