1. First click the search bar and type Control Panel and click Control Panel from the search results
2. Then click on Network and Sharing Centre
3. Click on Connections: Ethernet or Wi-Fi
4. Click properties
5. Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
6. Double click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
7. In the General tab click on Use the following DNS server addresses.
8. Preferred DNS Login to see and Alternate DNS Login to see
9. Make sure Validate settings upon exit is checked (if present)
10. Click OK, then Click OK again
11. Windows Network Diagnostics will start and run for a little while , just let it run
12. Once the diagnostics have run click on close 
13. Restart your computer

Dont forget to enable the services you want to use in "User Console > Services"
